Educational GuangZhou Trip was planned for 22-24 March 2001. The organisers have arranged to visit two schools and to attend the school activities.

First Parents Seminar was held on 16th February 2001 in the School Hall. The topic was "How to handle the difficulties faced by our adolescent children".

Third Committee Meeting and Second Reading Club Meeting were held in February.

First Reading Club Meeting

The first meeting was held in early December 2000. Over 350 students attended. This was matched by a good number of Parent Volunteers who acted as tutors. The Parents and Teachers were greatly encouraged by the good turn out. The Reading Club booklets, "Reading Club 1999-2000", were ready for collection.

Second Committee Meeting

It was held on 15th December 2000. The following items were discussed

• Education - talk on adolescence
• Reading Club
• Social Activities - Spring Dinner, Day Camp, Cruise / Tour
• Sports - Badminton and Football
• Student Relationship - Survey
• Support Group - Form gathering of parents and Spring Dinner
• Publications - Newsletter and Website (see sample above)

Form 1 Parents Meeting

This was held in the Large Theatre and was very well attended. There were talks, group discussion by class and refreshment at the end.
