(2002/08/17) There's renovation work in the School Hall and the New Comers Day took place in the School Gymnasium. It rained quite heavily but it stopped just in time for the outdoor performances.
The program for the heavily packed afternoon:

- 1:30 pm Parents and guests enter the Gymnasium
- 2:00 pm Ceremony begins
- 2:05 pm Address by the Principal
- 2:10 pm Address by the Chairman of PTA
- 2:15 pm Address by the Chairman of the Organizing Committee
- 2:20 pm School Song
- 2:25 pm Ceremony ends & Classes split into three groups
- Group Events 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
- Group 1 Video Show, Group Discussion, Campus tour
- Group 2 Group Discussion, Camput tour, Video Show
- Group 3 Campus tour, Video Show, Group Discussion
- Free time 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Board Exhibition
- Performances
- PTA, OBA, APLEC stalls
