Music Activities: Parents Night 2003/10/17

| Bro. Thomas welcomed the parents and talked about the new program for music. The school has engaged Mr. Henry Shek as the Artistic Director of Music in the School. He is in charge of the Symphony Orchestra, String Orchestra and the two Choirs.
  
| Mr. Henry Shek introduced the conductor and the four trainers: string, cello, wood wind and brass.

| The Symphony Orchestra performed,
 
| followed by the String Orchestra.
 
| Mr. Kelvin Ngai talked about his experience with the Wind Band for the last two years.
 
| Mr. Ng Chiu Shing said that he started coaching the Chinese Orchestra two years ago.
   
| Dance Performance and the MC's.
 
| Mr. Joseph Chiu, Chairman PTA and Dr. Robert Yuen, President OBA talked on financing the music teams in the School. This was followed by Q&A session with the floor.
 
| Bro. Thomas said with the help of the PTA and OBA, a working committee will be set up to look for the ways to cover the expenses. He believed that charging the members of the teams was not the solution. "Your generous sponsorship will be much appreciated."
