(2004/05/19) In the second Project Progress Monitoring Meeting, the members of the Works Sub-com received the Site Progress report, discussed the lift installation and talked about environmental issues.
The Architect reported on matters related to the funding of the non-subvented items. Members found the progress of work satisfactory and decided to meet at a date to be decided.

(2004/05/04) The members of the SIP Works Sub-com, together with the Consultants, Clerk of Works, Assistant Building Services Inspectors discussed the progress of the project with the Contractors. Members took a close look at the short term and long term construction program, made specific enquiries and received reported.
Members decided to hold bi-weekly Project Progress Monitoring Meetings from the day onwards.

(2004/04/20) The School Improvement Project Works Sub-Committee met in the evening and witnessed the signing of the superstructural works contract with the contractor.
After the meeting, the Chairman, Mr. William Tong presented a souvenir to Mr. Eric Lee, the Secretary, who will be posted to the HK Office at Washington DC in mid May. His dedication, hard work and negotiation skills were greatly appreciated. Mr. Eric Pang will take up the secretarial work in his place.
Date of next meeting was fixed on May 4th 2004.

(2004/02/12) A meeting involving the members of the Works Committee, the Architects, personnel of the substructural works and those of the superstructural works, was held to prepare for the handing over of the site.

(2004/01/15) Bro. Thomas and Mr. Eric Lee, SIP Works sub-com, (La Salle College) held a meeting with Mr. Alfred Lai (Architect) and the two contractors. The first contractor has just completed the demolision and foundation work and the other about to start building the super-structure. The members made a tour on the sites after the meeting.

(2003/09/29) The Works Sub-committee met for the first time since school re-opened after the Summer break. The meeting was held at 7:00 pm in the Old Boys' Room.
