The Principal welcomed the parents and informed them the theme of the year, To Cherish and To Challenge: The Lasallian Way. He asked them a question, "Is your son happy? Is his learning?" These are the main concerns of the two domains in the school, Pastoral and Academic.
After the speeches by the Vice Principals and the SENCO, Bro. Thomas talked about Direct Subsidy Scheme. As a number of schools have turned DSS, La Salle College has to find the way to provide equivalent educational services to the students. He explored possibilities with the parents and hope that within the next two to three years, the school will be in a good position to do just that.
